Robert A. Moffitt, Krieger-Eisenhower Professor of Economics with a joint appointment at the Bloomberg School of Public Health, was elected fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the world’s largest general scientific society. Since 1874, fellows have been elected by the AAAS Council for their achievements in their respective fields and contributions to science at large. The Economics Department congratulates him on this distinguished recognition.
