The Department of Economics welcomed our incoming class of doctoral students in the annual department celebration on September 18. The faculty and staff joined the current graduate students to welcome the incoming class, and to enjoy food and conversation. The incoming class consists of 10 students, and it is our first time to have a majority of female students in an entering PhD class.
