Paul De Grauwe: New Spotlight PhD Alumnus

Paul De Grauwe, Ph.D. '1974

Professor Paul De Grauwe, a 1974 PhD of the Economics Department, is newly featured on the department’s Spotlight series. Paul De Grauwe holds the John Paulson Chair at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He was a professor of international economics at the University of Leuven from 1975 to 2012. He was a member of the Belgian parliament from 1991 to 2003. His main research interest is in the economics of monetary union.
