Robert Moffitt, Krieger-Eisenhower Professor of Economics, coauthored a paper with John Fitzgerald titled “The Supplemental Expenditure Poverty Measure: A new method for measuring poverty“. The paper was discussed at the Brookings Papers on Economic Activity (BPEA) conference on March 25.
