I am a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at Johns Hopkins University. I am an applied micro economist with a focus mostly on Public Economics, Health Economics, and Development Economics. My research focuses on state and local taxes, non-communicable diseases in developing countries, smoking prevalence, and effects of income on health outcome.

I received my PhD in Economics from Georgia State University in 2017.
