Professor Nicholas Papageorge was awarded a grant from the Institute of Education Sciences

Nicholas Papageorge, Broadus Mitchell Associate Professor of Economics, was awarded a grant as a Co-Principal Investigator from the Institute of Education Sciences for a project on how teachers learn racial competency and how to be effective for all of their students. Nicholas Papageorge will work in collaboration with Stefanie DeLuca, James Coleman Professor of Sociology & Social Policy, to collect qualitative data along with econometric analysis.
