Marcelo Fernandez, an expert on market and mechanism design, will join us as an Assistant Professor in September. He has just completed his PhD at the California Institute of Technology.

Brendan Daley, an expert on the theory of financial markets, will be joining us as an Associate Professor in January 2019. He has previously served on the faculty of the business schools at Duke University and the University of Colorado.

Filipe Campante, an expert in political economy, will arrive at Hopkins in September as a Bloomberg Distinguished Associate Professor. He has a joint appointment in the School of Advanced International Studies and the economics department.
