Tutoring Help

The Office of Academic Advising offers optional small group tutoring sessions.  The session tutors are undergraduate students who have taken courses in a prior year and have done well.  For more information, visit The Learning Den, Free Small Group Tutoring, Garland Hall, Suite 3A, or call 410-516-8216, or e-mail tutoring@jhu.edu.  The session times and meeting places are listed here: http://www.jhu.edu/academic-assistance/tutoring_schedule.html.  The purpose of the tutoring sessions is to offer an opportunity to students in the course to ask basic questions about the material in the course.

If you want tutoring help in a course that does not have learning-den tutors, check with Professor Hamilton. We can frequently find capable learning-den tutors, but only if we know there is a need.
