Health Insurance is mandatory for all students

Students must have a JHED ID (set up their Hopkins e-mail) and/or be registered for classes.
I-9 Form Instructions
All new graduate students must complete Section 1 for this form after which all students who are US citizens must schedule an appointment with Student Employment Services (SES) office in order to complete Section 2.
