The Department of Economics seeks to fill one tenure-track position for Fall 2013 at the Assistant Professor rank in Macroeconomics. Candidates must show promise of outstanding scholarly achievement and either have the Ph.D. or expect to receive the Ph.D. within the first year of appointment. We will pay special attention to candidates with an established research record. All appointees are expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels and to engage in research. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.  All applicants should submit a resume and one research paper, and should also arrange for submission of three letters of recommendation. The Department of Economics seeks to fill a position for Fall 2013 in Applied Microeconomics at the rank of tenured Associate Professor or Assistant Professor, with preference given to the Associate Professor rank.  Candidates at the rank of Associate Professor must have the Ph.D., an outstanding research record, and demonstrated effectiveness at teaching. Candidates at the Assistant Professor rank must show promise of outstanding scholarly achievement and either have the Ph.D. or expect to receive the Ph.D. within the first year of appointment.  All appointees are expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels and to engage in research.
