Krasnokutskaya and Jeziorski Join Faculty

This fall, two superb assistant professors in applied microeconomics join the Economics faculty. Elena Krasnokutskaya has made highly-cited and significant contributions to the empirical auction literature. Her research interests include industrial organization and other areas in applied microeconomics including investment behavior and regulation. Przemek Jeziorski is an industrial organization empiricist who is completing his doctoral work at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Przemek’s thesis is an innovative and ambitious examination of the impact of mergers in the U.S. radio industry.
